Jamshed feels bad for his actions in the spot-fixing case. He uploaded a video on X (formerly Twitter) of himself practicing cricket with his daughter. In the video, he said he’s really sorry and can’t forgive himself for ruining his career.

He promised to teach his daughter what he knows about cricket, saying, “I’m really sorry, but I’ll do my best to share my skills with her and give her the greatest opportunities.”

Because he was involved in spot-fixing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Jamshed faced serious consequences. He got banned from cricket for 10 years and spent 17 months in jail in the UK.

Jamshed played international cricket from 2008 to 2015. During that time, he represented Pakistan in two Test matches, 48 One Day Internationals (ODIs), and 18 Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
